Dear colleagues On behalf of the Organizing and Scientific Committees, we are pleased to invite you to the 22nd International Conference on New Trends in Fatigue and Fracture (NT2F27), to be held in México City, México, from 13 to 15 April 2027. The NT2F Conference is one of the major conferences on fatigue, fracture, and structural integrity. Since 2001, the Conference has been successfully carried out in 21 ocassions around the world. This year, the NT2F27 will be organized for a second time in México.

The objective of the NT2F27 conference is to bring together scientists and engineers to study, analyze, predict and assess the fatigue and fracture of structural materials and components. The NT2F27 will be organized in five mayor symposia, to include:

NT2F27 would be an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and get acquainted with the state of the art on fatigue and fracture mechanics, and to promote cooperation among scientists and experts from university, industry and government. México City, founded as the Aztec capital Tenochtitlan in 1325, is the oldest capital in the Americas, built on islands in the Lake of Texcoco. Today is a massive cultural and economic hub. Mexico City is located at the center of the country which makes it readily accessible to some of the most important Aztec or Mexica archaeological sites nearby. México City is easily accessible from almost anywhere in the world. There are direct flights from Europe and Asia.

The NT2F Conference was founded by the Laboratoire de Fiabilité de Mécanique (LMF) of the Metz University, France in 2000. Through the years, the purpose of this conference has been to stablish the philosophy to analyze the trends on fatigue, fracture and structural integrity from scientific and technical understandings. Since 2001, the NT2F Conference has been carried out successfully on 21 editions, as shown below. This occasion the NT2F27 will be held in Mexico City, México.
